MEET YOUR TRAINER:

Welcome! I’m Lexi Ardoin, owner and trainer at Swamp Pups LLC in south-central Louisiana, home of the real swamp pups🐊. My husband and I live with 4 dogs—Doobie, Bean, Copper, and Sir Finnigan—and 2 cats, Summer and Tunechi. I’ve always had a passion for animals, especially the unique ones.

Growing up, I’ve learned from various species, including cats, dogs, goats, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and invertebrates, turning my passion into a career.

In 2021, I joined the animal industry as a kennel technician and pet sitter. By 2022, I stepped in as a head trainer and discovered my true calling. In 2023, I became a certified ABCDT and ATDI through Animal Behavior College. My mission is to improve communication between pets and owners by offering training in basic manners, behavior modification, and tricks. I look forward to meeting you and your pup!

Copper is obsession with hunting lizards and loves to swim. Copper was highly reactive when we first got him & has improved tremendously!
